When I sew a seam allowance of 1cm, align the edge of fabric with the edge of presser foot.
So, how to sew a seam allowance of 1.8cm and 2.3cm ?
Measure the length of 1.8cm and 2.3cm with a ruler. Then tape a triangle to needle plate. It’s guideline.
Place the edge of fabric on the guideline, and sew. It’s done.
