DIY cap
Today’s handcrafted goods is “cap".
Materials
Outer fabrics are 5 pieces. (Seam allowances are included)
Inner fabrics are 5 pieces. (Seam allowances are included)
Visor fabrics are 2 pieces. (Seam allowances are included)
Visor poly core. (cut-off)
Sweatband is 2.5cm by 61.5cm.

Make outer crown
1. Sew the outer fabrics (front＆side) with right side together. Then press seam allowances open.
2. Add the outer fabrics (back), sew with right side together. Then press seam allowances open.
3. Fold the outer fabric in half with right side together. Then sew, and press seam allowances open.
Make inner crown
Sew the inner fabrics, same way as the outer fabrics.
Make visor
1. Sew the visor fabrics with right side together.
2. Make a cut in seam allowances, and turn inside out.
3. Insert the visor poly core. Then stitch the edge.
Make baseball cap
1. Sew the outer crown and inner crown with right side out together.
2. Sew the crown and visor with right side together. (It is better to baste. Be careful about sewing.)
3. Sew the head size and sweatband together. (It is better to baste. Be careful about sewing.)
4. Fold the sweatband and stitch. It’s done.
