今日の手作りごはんは、『ちらし寿司(菜の花入り)』です。

ちらし寿司(菜の花入り):作り方(A recipe for Chirashi-Zushi(Scattered sushi)with canola flower)

材料  Ingredients
下ごしらえ〜仕上げ(Cooking directions)

炊いたご飯(3合分)を飯台にあけ、ちらし寿司の素(300g)を混ぜ込みます。(ご飯は切るように混ぜる。)

Put the 3 cups cooked rice (as hot as possible) in the "Handai" (or a large bowl), and sprinkle the "seasoning mix for sushi" over the rice evenly. Then mix with cutting motion.

あと、紅生姜(適量)と、お惣菜で買っておいた蓮根(適量)も。

Scatter the red pickled ginger and cooked lotus root (cut into small pieces) on the rice, and mix.

お惣菜の蓮根 刻んだ蓮根を混ぜる

菜の花(1束)は、サッとゆでて水気を絞り、刻んだものを。
(Soak the blanched canola flower in water briefly, and squeeze water. Then cut into small pieces, and scatter on the rice, and mix.)

あとは、仕上げにイクラ(1パック)を散らせば完成です。
(To finish, sprinkle with the 1 pack salmon roe on top. It's done.)

ちらし寿司って、「素」を混ぜ込んでベースを作っておいて、 そこに旬の野菜とか自分の好きな具を加えるようにすると、簡単・手軽にできてイイですよ。

Chirashi-Zushi is easy to make with the use of "seasoning mix for sushi". You can use whatever you like as toppings, as long as they complement the flavor of sushi rice. (Seasonal vegetables, seafood, meat, etc…)
